Bryan Robert Kennedy

Bryan Robert Kennedy, 52, of Boise, ID, died Sunday, January 9th, 2022.

Bryan was born to Robert James and Karen Rae Kennedy on May 8, 1969 in Pocatello Idaho. Welcomed home by older brother Darin, the family later welcomed Scott into their homes. The three boys were inseparable as children and spent a lot of time causing a ruckus and being boys. Growing up Bryan really enjoyed the outdoors. Bryan could always be found out fishing, camping, and enjoying the lake. Bryan enjoyed water skiing, all things NASCAR or racing, music, and time with friends/family. Bryan married Destynie Renae Beuchler Sorrell (now divorced ) in January of 1993, they welcomed a son, Tyler James Kennedy, into the world. Bryan had very good work ethic and always persevered to make himself better. Bryan attended Idaho State University School of applied technology until he moved to Boise for employment. Bryan very much advocated for education and enjoyed being a part of creating and manufacturing software and worked for micron for 20 years as a fab tech engineer. During those years he also met and married Linda Jensen Kennedy (now divorced). After leaving Micron, Bryan went on to work for CS beef Packers. There he helped write and implement procedures in handling highly hazardous chemicals, safety protocols, and mechanical integrity of a state of the art facility. Bryan has always been very outgoing and zealous he could become friends with anyone. Bryan was an incredible friend and one that was invested for life. He always pushed people to better themselves. Bryan was kind and compassionate and enjoyed sharing his good fortune with others. Bryan lit up the room with the uncandid ability to make people laugh and smile. Thank you for being a great son, father, and brother. Thank you for being a truly amazing friend. You will forever be missed. We love you.

Bryan is survived by his son, Tyler James Kennedy (28) along with his wife Mailyah; a brother, Darin Kirk Kennedy (53) along with his wife Pamela and their children; a brother, Shawn Scott Mitchell (49) with his wife Melissa and their children; his father, Robert James Kennedy (78); and many friends and his dog Ripley “Rip”. He was preceded in death and welcomed into heaven by his mother, Karen Rae Kennedy (12/24/2011).
