Dave was preceded in death by his beloved wife of thirty-two years, Annie. He is survived by his son Jason (Kristie) and his children Madeline and Abby of Portland, Oregon, and by his son Mike (Becky) and his children Ian, Alex, Jake, and Gwen of Boise, Idaho. ?His family is appreciative of the expansive care provided by the staff at Saint Alphonsus Hospital.
