Tribute

Latisha (Tish) Lois Reed passed away on Thursday April 25th at the age of 74, surrounded by the love of her family.

She was born August 10, 1949, in Boise, Idaho to Jack and Ruby Victory. She was the oldest of three children. She attended school in Boise, graduating from Capital High School. At the time of her death, she was living at Heatherwood Retirement Community in Boise Idaho.

Tish had two sons. Tyler born in 1970, followed by Dennis in 1972. While her boys were growing up, they had the opportunity to travel around the state to many locations. Some memorable times were spent in Spirit Lake, Idaho where she and her husband owned a bar. They also lived in Smiths Ferry for a few years and she co-owned DbarD Ranch. Tish and her boys eventually settled in Cascade, Idaho. While in Cascade she was employed at The Chief and Grandmas Homestead as a cook. You could always find her in the crowd cheering at her son’s athletic events. She never missed a game. Her boys were her pride and joy. She later transitioned employment to the Valley County Sheriff’s department as a dispatcher. Once the boys graduated from high school, she moved to Boise to be closer to her parents and transferred employment to the Ada County Sherrif’s Department. She worked here for over twenty years in many capacities including dispatch, warrants, and records.
Tish loved crafting, sewing, knitting, going to estate sales, and watching Pro Bull Riding. She was a wonderful grandma and was so proud of all her grandchildren. She loved attending their athletic events and rooting them on in whatever sport they were participating in. When the grandkids were young, she spent many weekends with them crafting and spending time with them. Family get-togethers and traditions were very important to her. She loved all the holidays, and treasured time spent with her family.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jack Victory, and her sister, Ardeana Burton. She is survived by her mother Ruby Victory, her sister Karla Caperon, her son Tyler and his wife Angelita Bramble, her son Dennis and his wife Diane Bramble, and her four grandchildren: Megan, Isaac, Hailey, and Sophia Bramble.

Her memorial service will be held on Monday, May 13th at 2pm at Cloverdale Funeral Home.
