Raymond Allen Walker was born on March 30, 1956 in Bellflower California to Harry and Elizabeth Walker and passed away on October 3, 2019 in Boise Idaho; He was 63. He is survived by his wife Julie, daughter Kimberly and cat Sophie. He is also survived by his Father and Stepmother, Darlene, as well as his brother Wayne. He was a caring husband and loving father. He enjoyed spending time in the mountains and photography. He loved to work with his hands and wanted to build canoes. He spent a good portion of his life building furniture including a bunk bed for his nephews. He grew up with his two brothers affectionately nick-named “ennie minnie and no mo’” His father was in the navy and they traveled around the country while he was growing up; eventually settling down in Orange Park, Fl. He met Julie 36 years ago and was married on March 31, 1984, at the family home. His dream was to live in the mountains and the two moved to Coeur D’Alene in 2016 finally fulfilling that dream. He was an outgoing person who loved to talk to people and would get to know all his neighbors wherever they lived. Another thing he was passionate about was art. He wanted to do landscape paintings based on the photographs he would take while they traveled. While Kimberly was growing up Ray stayed home and raised her, teaching her the ways of the world and got her interested in working with her hands as well as well as a curiosity that led her into the science field. He was greatly loved by all who knew him, and his memory will be deeply cherished forever.
