I am the Grounds Superintendent. I am responsible for the care and maintenance of our cemetery grounds including the mausoleums, cremation gardens and niches.I have been the grounds superintendent since October 2011. I began my career as a grounds crew member at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Caldwell. With over 7 years of cemetery maintenance experience, I am responsible for a crew of 4 full-time team members.Since I'm a native of the Treasure Valley, nothing makes me feel more proud than giving back to the community that I love and that my family loves. When I am not at Cloverdale, I enjoy hunting, fishing and being outdoors in Idaho’s beautiful mountains.
I am the Office Manager responsible for all of the administrative functions of our company including records keeping, human resources and staffing.Originally from California I moved to Idaho in the 90s to attend school at the University of Idaho. It was there that I met and married my husband in 1996. I worked in the building supply industry for 15 years before starting my career in the funeral industry. I began working as the administrator at our sister cemetery Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in 2008. In September of 2012, I was promoted to Office Manager and quickly made the changes necessary to allow our business to become more engaged with our client families.As the mother of 4 active children, I spend most of my free time on the field or court at a number of sports cheering on my children. We love to travel as a family and entertain at our home in Boise.
Funeral Home Manager
Jake is a funeral
professional with many years of experience that came to us in 2016 from
Northern Utah. He grew up in and around the funeral industry through a family
owned business. A graduate of Box Elder High School in Brigham City Utah, he
attended Utah State University, Weber State University and Pittsburgh Institute
of Mortuary Science, where he completed his National Board Certification.
experience includes working in funeral homes in Utah, Arizona and Idaho, where
he has gained expertise in funeral directing, restorative arts, embalming,
funeral counseling and community education.
He is currently licensed in Utah and Idaho.
Jake is married and
has six children. In his spare time his hobbies include spending time with
his family, boating, restoring old cars, sculpting and watching his children’s

serve and care for one another, and I am grateful I have the privilege of doing

Funeral Director and Grief Recovery Coordinator
Bob Ross began his funeral service career in 1958 in
Kellogg, Idaho. He graduated from The San Francisco College Of Mortuary
Science in 1965, receiving the Mu Sigma Alpha Award for scholastic
achievement. He was licensed in Idaho as a Funeral Director/Embalmer in
1965 and has worked continuously in funeral service in Idaho, Montana and
Washington. He has served in various capacities in the Idaho Funeral
Service Association, is a Past President of The Montana Funeral Directors
Association and served on the Montana State Board of Morticians.
He returned to Boise in 2007 and has worked at Cloverdale
Funeral Home as a Funeral Director and Embalmer. He organized and
co-facilitates the Cloverdale Grief Support Program. He was
instrumental in starting the “Remembering The Forgotten” program with both the
Ada County and Canyon County Coroner’s Offices and has worked diligently with
the Idaho Army National Guard’s Military Honor Guard training at
Cloverdale Memorial Park.
Bob and his wife, Patty are members of Holy Apostles
Catholic Church in Meridian. He is a 50+ year member of the Knights
Of Columbus and has been active in many other service clubs and professional
organizations throughout his career. When not working, Bob and his wife
enjoy traveling, playing golf and taking walks (and naps) with their dog,

Guy acquired his
Bachelor of Mortuary Science degree in 1992 from the Cincinnati College of
Mortuary Science, where he was a scholarship recipient and recognized with
honors in the field of restorative art. Licensed in the
State of Idaho as both a Funeral Director and Mortician, he has worked in the
industry in Ohio, West Virginia, and Kentucky before eventually landing at
Cloverdale in 2018. He possesses a unique combination of creativity,
science, and compassionate business skills that have been of high value to the
families we serve.
semi-pro goaltender in the East Coast and All American Hockey Leagues, Guy’s
life experience is expansive and colorful. Having spent many years as a
professional writer, film director, commercial producer, brand creator, and
owner of multiple businesses, his knack for creativity combines perfectly with
his professional knowledge.
In his time away from the office, Guy enjoys playing piano and drums, writing,
and enjoying quality time with his family. He can often be heard relieving some stress on the baby grand piano in our Gibson Chapel.

Vickie is a licensed funeral director in the state of Idaho. She graduated from the Mortuary Science program at Mt. Hood Community College in 2009. She has been a licensed funeral director in Arizona, Washington, Nevada and now Idaho.
Vickie's passion is helping families get through the toughest time of their lives.
Vickie is happily married with 2 grown boys and three beautiful grandchildren. She has two fur babies, Bella & Brutus.
When she is not working she loves to bowl, hike, and spend time with her family and friends.
Heather is a licensed Funeral Director in the state of Idaho. She holds certifications as a Crematory Operator, Crematory Administrator, and Cremation Planner. She is also a Certified Celebrant and available to perform meaningful, personalized funeral services.
Multiple times a year, Heather teaches classes in death education and funeral planning to the local community through the Boise Learns program.
Outside of the funeral industry work, Heather is researching the psychological relationship between Thanatology and Communication. On top of teaching classes in Communication at Boise State University, she is working to create an educational program specifically for deathcare and healthcare professionals on how to better communicate with those who are dying and grieving when they cannot speak for themselves.
While her studies and work are her passion, there is still room in her heart to be a dedicated volunteer as an on-call crisis responder for the Trauma Intervention Program of Treasure Valley (TIP).

Jill is the Accounts Payable and Payroll administrative
assistant for Cloverdale Funeral Home Cemetery & Cremation.
Jill has lived in the Treasure Valley for over 47 years,
growing up in Caldwell and graduating from Boise State University. She now
resides in Meridian, Idaho with her husband and daughter.
She has been a part of the Cloverdale Family for eight
Jill enjoys spending time with her family, riding horses,
hiking and ATV and snowmobiling.
Angela is an Administrative Assistant at Cloverdale Funeral Home Cemetery and Cremation. She helps with
processing all paperwork at our cemeteries and helps keep us organized. She has held many different titles within our funeral
home, advancing her knowledge and involvement in our company.
Angela was born and raised in Boise. In 2010, she received her degree in Criminal Justice, but later found that the funeral industry is where
her heart and passion lies. Helping provide a guiding hand in our families’ time
of grief, to make things a little easier, is rewarding in so many ways.
As an aunt of 12 amazing nieces and nephews, her free time is
spent with her family. Angela enjoys road trips, reading, being outdoors and has a
passion for volunteer and missionary work. Being able to bring light in times
of darkness is what she strives to do with her life; to be able to help others in
their time of need.
Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Nancy works at the front desk answering phones and greeting
our families. She has worked for
Cloverdale for three years.
Nancy is a native Idahoan.
She earned a BS degree in Communications from Northern Arizona
University and completed her education degree at Boise State University. She retired from teaching after 37 years.
Nancy and her husband have hosted 12 exchange students, fostered 5 adolescents, taken
in nieces, nephew, grandchildren and other students. Neighbors always ask who’s at the “Link
Hotel”. She believes “life is enriched by serving”.
Nancy loves martial arts and has participated in
international tournaments. She loves spending time at her family’s home in
Margaret Mitchell, an Idaho Native, she grew up in Idaho
Falls and moved to Boise where she met and married her husband.
Margaret's career has taken many turns over the years starting in
the accounting field and then switching to her current Administrative Assistant position.
She enjoys spending time with her son and his family. She loves camping, backpacking and loves the
time that she spends in the quiet of the Idaho Mountains.
Family Service Advisor
After retiring from long careers in Public Service and Academia, Larry and Linda have been serving as Ambassadors here at Cloverdale since 2013.
We are lifelong residents of Idaho, and having raised our family in the Treasure Valley, Boise is home.
In addition to serving at Cloverdale, we spend our time traveling the United States on our Honda Gold Wing. Avid classic car fans, we now have a classic 1983 Chevy El Camino which we drive and participate with in car shows in the Northwest.
Being an ordained pastor in the Christian Church, Larry is also an officiant for funerals and weddings.
We consider out time and Cloverdale a ministry to the families we serve, helping them through one of the most difficult times in their lives.
